Program Overview

We’re excited to provide our YMCA Youth and Government movement with virtual programming for all participants, volunteers, staff, alumni, and community members.

These programs are designed to help strengthen your ability to be changemakers in your local, state, national, and global communities, and connect you to partners and stakeholders that have the resources and expertise to support your efforts.

Some of our virtual programs will be open to all participants, while others will be tailored to specific groups of students, volunteers, educators, and staff.

Program Registration

To ensure a safe virtual experience for all participants, attendees will need to register for each virtual program in advance using the registration form below:

Virtual Program Registration Form

Registration for each program will close 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. Registered attendees will then be sent a link and login information to join the program.

As part of your registration, you (and a parent/guardian, for students) will agree to and digitally sign our Virtual Code of Conduct. Violations of this code – or the code of conduct from your own local/state YMCA programs – can result in your removal from participation in future virtual and non-virtual programming.

Calendar & Bulletin Mailing List

Each week, we’ll be hosting new as well as recurring virtual programming in both 30 and 60-minute sessions. Please click the link below to view the full calendar of scheduled programs (subject to change):

For announcements and updates regarding our virtual programs as well as other engagement opportunities, sign-up for our Youth Engagement Bulletin mailing list:

This bulletin will be sent out every Monday morning, including the dates and times of our virtual programs for the week as well as other ways you can stay engaged at the local, state, national, and global levels.

Propose a Virtual Program

To help provide programs that are relevant to our participants and their communities, we invite you to propose programming ideas that we can help you host, promote, and amplify using our virtual platform:

Whether you’re looking to engage locally, nationally, or globally, we’re excited to help you craft a virtual experience that supports your work as changemakers.
