Each summer, the incoming members of our Youth Governors Association convene in Washington, D.C. for our annual YMCA Youth Governors Conference:

Please note that the YMCA Youth Governors Conference will abide by all local/state COVID-19 protocols for Washington, D.C. that are in place at the time of the event.
If you have been elected to serving as your state’s Youth Governor (or equivalent role), please make sure you have completed the YGA Membership Application to receive updates throughout the coming year in advance of the conference.
National Staff Team
YMCA Staff and YMCA Alumni (ages 18-22, excluding graduating high school seniors) can apply here to serve on the national staff team for the Youth Governors Conference.
