Conference Overview

Our 2026 YGPA Leadership Conference will be held in Santa Fe, New Mexico! We’re excited to welcome all local and state YMCA Staff in our YGPA National Peer Community, as well as YMCA Alliance Staff, delegation advisors, and state program volunteers.

Conference Planning

Participant Survey Due August 15, 2025 (Now Closed)

All participants are encouraged to complete the Participant Survey to let the planning committee know what you are hoping to get out of this event! 

Presentation Proposal Submissions Due October 15, 2025 (Now Closed)

Submit presentation proposals using the Presentation Proposal Submission Form, due by October 15, 2025!

Conference Sponsorship

Interested sponsor may submit the Conference Sponsor Form to contact the event planning committee about sponsorship opportunities.

Conference Hotel

Hotel accommodations at The Drury Plaza Hotel will be separate from conference registration. One lodging arrangement per state is covered, additional rooms are the responsibility of the attendee to arrange.
